• Landscaping and greenery: Extensive turf, gardens, and tree planting completed, integrating the homes with mature green spaces.
• Final infrastructure: All roads, driveways, and walkways paved and marked, with lighting and fencing in place.
• Site handover readiness: Minimal materials left, with cleared areas and no active equipment, signalling the end of major construction.
• Aesthetic maturation: Boundary treatments and perimeter planting fully established, giving a residential neighbourhood feel.
