This orthomosaic, captured on March 30, 2025, shows the housing estate site solidifying from our February 22 update.

Compared to the sixth image, key changes include:

• Roof and enclosure finalisation: Virtually all houses now fully roofed and enclosed, with visible windows and doors on most structures.
• Exterior detailing: Added facades, brickwork, and trim on the majority of buildings, enhancing the residential appearance.
• Landscaping expansion: More turf, gardens, and tree planting around completed houses, particularly in the central and southern areas.
• Road and driveway paving: Full surfacing of internal roads and driveways, with curbs and markings added.
• Clean-up and handover prep: Significant reduction in materials and equipment, with cleared spaces for final inspections.
